Tell me how you feel.....!! I am writing so much at the moment that sometimes it is difficult to write some absolute pieces of lyrical art. So I need things to write about, I want to know how you feel, I want to feel how you feel and write as if it were my own experience. It really does help when I can depict emotion into words and hearing how you hear it does just that. Thanks go to someone I was chatting to today because he really put into words exactly the lyrics I wanted to write. I think what he was saying suits the track I am writing for and compliments the music like a biscuit compliments a cuppa tea!

Really not loving new ballet pumps. Why do they give you unattractive little sores on the back of your feet?! You put on your comfy flats thinking that your feet are safe and boom.... You can forget wearing heels at the weekend unless you have a wad of plasters attached. Its tragic.

Really loving being myself. That sounds totally vain and like I love myself. But I am so happy right now with where I am at and who I am with and where we are headed. The stories I have been through have taught me valuable tales and I believe we learn from our stresses and strains. Sometimes you have to sacrifice what you are for what you might become! I am so blessed to be loved by those around me, they are a massive support net when I feel like I am drowning. So yeah, love it, love life. Life is peachy...

OOOOOh exciiiited!! Yes excited. Yes. AGAIN. sorry!! It does seem to be a regular thing at the moment, but for a long time there has been something I have always wanted to see... that is my voice on Itunes! Maybe it seems small to you, but I always wanted to be able to buy my own tracks on Itunes and now.... I finally can!! Over the past few years I have been working with the Big In Ibiza record label down in London on various dance and dubstep tracks. Its the middle of the week, which is my favourite part of the week because I know it is almost the weekend! Wrote another track tonight for a new project with some french DJ's (more details to follow soon!) which is totally different to the previous track. This one is more meatier, more attitude and an ace hook which I CANNOT WAIT to hear them gig live... just gunna be simply awesome. Totally buzzing off all these new projects and it really is changing my path as I type, but all for the better!

Really not loving the fine rain that soaks you to the bone. Just when I get all suited and booted it stops, then when I take off my 5 layers it starts. I just cannot keep up with it and wish it would make its own mind up!

Really loving sitting in the bath for so long that your feet wrinkle like an old ladies. Put on my candles, turn up some Bruno Mars, maybe even get an ice lolly and eat it in the bath just so you feel like a celebrity (thats what they do isn't it?) just absolutely love chilling out whilst my fella is at rugby training.... utter total bliss !!

Better get out, or I will just be a singing prune soon.... lol

Work is just pouring in, its amazing! I am so blessed right now and really do feel that this where I was born to be. It seems that everyday there is just not enough hours in the day to get things done. Working a full time day job and then making music every night takes its tole but someone once told me you can't do both and it seemed like a challenge.... and here I am taking part in that challenge!

I love my day job but at night and at the weekend is what my heart sings. But if that is what it takes, to work every hour I am awake, then that is what I will do. When you have passion for something, that is what keeps you going and focussed.. eyes on the prize guy!!

Really not loving "Daybreak"s new weatherman in the morning, has anyone seen him? He should be on Bargain Hunt instead, he is far too excited about "rain and wind sweeping the country in swift foul movements" I mean serious.. just tell me if I need my umbrella or my sunglasses cos thats all am tuning in for!! He needs to lay off his Coca Cola that early in the morning cos am still waking up and his party is on far too early for me!!

Really loving ZUMBA.... its amazing. Even though I am rubbish at it, get my feet and arms all mixed up and end up doing moves that resemble the funky chicken rather than anything remotely Latino! Its great fun, it makes me hurt the next day and I love doing it on the Xbox Knect with girlies... such a laugh!

No Monday Morning blues today for me! Sun blasting through the double glass doors in my living room this morning really set the mood for the week and even though the weekend is well and truly gone, still on a massive high.

Music is my heart and when I am writing, singing, just being in and amongst it all, it really brings out the best in me. There is nothing that I could write that could say how bubbly it makes you feel when you write something thats new and fresh. Even if nobody else likes it but you, it just seems to have magic powers that lift your spirit and makes all the long days seem worthwhile.

Really not loving moths. They just fly in your house and sit on your lamps with no point whatsoever! Its lovely outside and I like having windows and doors open, but there is no sign on my door saying "Moths Welcome" really wish they would learn. I am thinking about turning off my lamps and lighting candles. Lets see how many fly in then and if they do... survive that!!

Really loving girlie trashy mags at the moment. I read today about some snake biting a glamour models implants and dying from silicone poisoning. I mean if that doesn't make you do that awkward smile that you get from a bizarre tale, well then you gotta be stone! The world is so strange sometimes but it really does make my eyebrow raise when I see that headline !!!

Working late again, washing machine on its final spin and sending my head funny with the vibration... better get on.

Got a cheeky little chorus buzzing round my brain that I have written for a new track, really loving it and just can't stop singing it, I know that if my other half is still humming it a few hours later its a winner!

Really not loving how much your feet hurt after a great night out! With me being only 5.2 I like my heels and after dancing in 4 inch shoe boots all night, walking for miles for some onion rings and then more walking for a taxi... my feet today have just been shot!! Out come ballet pumps for days for sure... so glad its not snowing.

Really loving dancing in the supermarket aisles. The Weekly Shop is not exactly the best social event I have ever attended, but today as me and my other half were taking part it made me smile to see him MC Hammering it down the biscuit aisle! I mean lets not start a full on disco dance but really just love how free he is, and how free I feel when I am with him. Happiness is to be shared. So start shimming it up!!

Definitely time to stack up on some beauty ZZZZ so thats all for now.

Second cup of coffee...... and its got me dancing around the room to some new beats I have just been sent. Still in my cupcake pjarma's but had my crumpets with honey and feel ready for a full day.

Really not liking pointless lyrics in songs at the moment.... even if they have been written by your record label or other people and you just have to sing them.... speak up artists... cos they are just not great. For example Cheryl Cole... " I cut off my hair and I painted my toes..... " CUMMON. You could have tried. People think and do far worse things when they are splitting up with people who have just cheated on them and treated them like dirt.

Really loving reading my other half's Mens Fitness mag in bed while he isn't looking... they have some seriously good stuff in there, definitely think I will be dipping into future issues if just for the insight to a mans world!!
